Cabinets Specification

Door panel :

• Shaker door style normally has 5 piece maple wood or grade A birch wood and connect by wooden tenon, door frame 2-1/4” , 3-1/2” and 3”width, and core panel in 1/4” thickness
• Raised door panel in 45 degree hypotenuse, door frame has 3” , 2-1/2” and

3-1/4” width.

Cabinet Frame:

• Frame use grade A birch wood
• Frame thickness 3/4” and width 1-1/2”, connect by wooden tenon.

Cabinet Box:

• Frame face box are in 1/2” thickness plywood with veneer in painting finish, the outside color will be same as door panel and inside will be original wooden color.
• Frameless box are in 3/4” thickness plywood with veneer in painting finish, the outside color will be same as door panel and inside will be original wooden color.

Drawer box:

• 5/8” thickness wood material in dovetail connect or 1/2” thickness plywood veneer in painting finish, connect by screw.
• Drawer bottom panel in 1/4’’ thickness
• Drawer slide can undermount soft closing slide ,side 3-way slide
• Drawer door panel can be 5 pcs structure door panel or just 1 flat door panel.

Paint:

• Door panel ,side panel outside part and other part can be seen use international famous AC paint, other part in the box use UV paint.

Packing:

• After assemble the cabinets, people will not see the screw hole outside
• 1 modular cabinets will packing in one package
